Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years experience in food service
- ability to work with minimal supervision
- ability to handle stress in the work environment
- physical ability to perform job duties including bending, stooping, lifting up to 75 lbs non-patient items
- ability to follow food safety and sanitation protocols

Job Duties
- supervises daily staff activities for the Food Services department
- assists customers with food requests
- follows food safety, sanitation and HACCP guidelines
- prepares food
- replenishes work stations
- completes assigned kitchen activities
