Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of food service experience
- Ability to work evening shifts
- Capability to perform physical labor such as bending, kneeling, lifting (0-75 lbs), standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
- Must comply with all food safety, sanitation, and safety regulations
- Ability to handle complex employee and patient issues effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of food service experience
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations including HACCP
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Critical thinking and decisive judgment abilities
Job Duties
- Provide leadership, orientation, training, mentoring and coaching to staff
- Assist with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
- Assist leadership with planning, coordinating, and performing various duties
- Perform staff responsibilities to fulfill departmental needs when necessary
- Ensure staff compliance with all regulatory food and employee safety, sanitation requirements, HACCP guidelines, and departmental policies
- Handle and resolve complex issues and complaints to enhance employee and patient satisfaction
- Coordinate and supervise staffing assignments based on daily volumes
