Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of food service experience
  • Ability to think critically and make decisive judgments
  • Capacity to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in stressful environments and take appropriate action
  • Physical ability to perform job duties including bending, stooping, and lifting up to 75 pounds
  • Commitment to maintaining food safety and employee safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of food service experience
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and make decisive judgments
  • Knowledge of food safety management and sanitation standards
  • Experience in supervising and mentoring staff
  • Familiarity with HACCP guidelines and regulatory compliance

Job Duties

  • Handle and resolve complex issues and complaints to enhance employee and patient satisfaction
  • Provide leadership, orientation, training, mentoring and coaching to staff
  • Assist with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
  • Assist leadership with planning, coordinating, and performing various duties
  • Ensure staff compliance with all regulatory food and employee safety, sanitation requirements, HACCP guidelines, and departmental policies
  • Coordinate and supervise staffing assignments based on daily volumes
  • Perform staff responsibilities to fulfill departmental needs, when necessary
