Job Requirements

  • experience in a hospital nutrition department call center
  • two years experience in a foodservice operation, healthcare desired
  • ability to supervise, train, and evaluate staff
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • flexibility to work variable start times, every other weekend, and rotated holidays

Job Qualifications

  • two years experience in a foodservice operation, healthcare experience preferred
  • experience in a hospital nutrition department call center
  • registered dietetic technician certification preferred
  • dietary management experience preferred
  • post-secondary nutrition education preferred
  • strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Duties

  • supervise activities of direct and indirect reports in nutrition and food services call center, kitchen, and cafeteria
  • hire, schedule, train, coach, evaluate, and discipline staff
  • oversee operations, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards
  • implement continuous improvement projects
  • ensure high-quality customer service and food products for patients, visitors, and staff
  • maintain adherence to HealthPartners and other regulatory agency standards
  • manage staffing and workflow for optimal efficiency
