Job Requirements
- experience in a hospital nutrition department call center
- two years experience in a foodservice operation, healthcare desired
- ability to supervise, train, and evaluate staff
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- flexibility to work variable start times, every other weekend, and rotated holidays
Job Qualifications
- two years experience in a foodservice operation, healthcare experience preferred
- experience in a hospital nutrition department call center
- registered dietetic technician certification preferred
- dietary management experience preferred
- post-secondary nutrition education preferred
- strong leadership and supervisory skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Job Duties
- supervise activities of direct and indirect reports in nutrition and food services call center, kitchen, and cafeteria
- hire, schedule, train, coach, evaluate, and discipline staff
- oversee operations, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards
- implement continuous improvement projects
- ensure high-quality customer service and food products for patients, visitors, and staff
- maintain adherence to HealthPartners and other regulatory agency standards
- manage staffing and workflow for optimal efficiency
