Job Duties
- supervise activities of direct and indirect reports
- assure high quality customer service and food products
- hire, schedule, train, coach, evaluate, and discipline staff
- oversee operations, safety, and continuous improvement projects
- ensure compliance with HealthPartners and regulatory agency standards
- manage nutrition and food services call center, kitchen, and cafeteria
- support patient, visitor, and staff satisfaction
