Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- minimum of four years related experience
- proficiency in computer skills including email and Microsoft Office
- ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at intermediate level
- authorized to work in the country where the position is located

Job Duties
- Supervise food services operations and personnel within assigned facility or site
- coordinate operations with other groups, personnel, and client
- direct operational planning to ensure availability of skilled personnel and resources
- oversee safe, clean preparation of nutritional and appealing meals
- provide culinary instruction to subordinate employees, subcontractors, and labor broker personnel
- supervise inventory, ordering, and food storage
- ensure compliance with health and safety codes and approved menu plans
