Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • minimum of four years related experience
  • proficiency in computer skills including email and Microsoft Office
  • ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at intermediate level
  • authorized to work in the country where the position is located

Job Duties

  • Supervise food services operations and personnel within assigned facility or site
  • coordinate operations with other groups, personnel, and client
  • direct operational planning to ensure availability of skilled personnel and resources
  • oversee safe, clean preparation of nutritional and appealing meals
  • provide culinary instruction to subordinate employees, subcontractors, and labor broker personnel
  • supervise inventory, ordering, and food storage
  • ensure compliance with health and safety codes and approved menu plans
