Job Requirements

Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a bachelor’s program or master’s program
retain a 2.0 GPA as a bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a master student
maintain good financial and academic standing with the university
ability to quickly grasp and utilize concepts
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast paced environment
detail oriented
ability to collaborate with others

Job Duties

Clean equipment and work areas
stock supplies on an ongoing basis
consistently serve all products to specifications
follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
ensure knowledge of cleanses and information pertaining to Nekter products
rinse and wash product before serving
work register, prep, clean, and prepare juices, smoothies and bowls as directed by the manager on duty
execute proper portion control with all ingredients
operate the cash register
handle cash transactions while adhering to cash handling policies
perform additional tasks as required
