Job Requirements
- Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a bachelor’s program or master’s program
- retain a 2.0 GPA as a bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a master student
- maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the university

- Ability to quickly grasp and utilize concepts
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- excellence in time management with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- detail oriented with the ability to collaborate with all members of the team
Job Duties
- Clean equipment and work areas
- stock supplies on an ongoing basis
- consistently serve all products to specifications
- follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- ensure knowledge of cleanses and information pertaining to Nekter products
- rinse and wash product before serving
- work register, prep, clean, and prepare juices, smoothies and bowls as directed by the manager on duty
- execute proper portion control with all ingredients
- must be able to operate the cash register
- handle cash transactions while adhering to Sodexo cash handling policies
- additional tasks may be required
