Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years equivalent hands-on experience in hospitality management, business management, or restaurant management
- experience in management in a dining service field
- experience with industry standards for dining services including PCI compliance, point of sale maintenance, managing cash handling policies and procedures
- experience managing financials, labor, food handling and storage policies and procedures, quality control, health and safety standards
- accounting experience managing operating budgets with financial forecasts
- interpersonal communication skills
- writing skills to prepare correspondence, reports, policies, agreements, training documents, and evaluations
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations
