Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant operations preferred
  • strong customer service orientation
  • proficiency with computers and calculators
  • team-oriented mindset
  • flexible availability for varied shift schedules
  • background check clearance required

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
  • incredible customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture
  • proficient with calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • able to work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • able to pass a background check

Job Duties

  • Supervise employees and overall restaurant operations
  • respond promptly to customer needs with excellent service
  • assist managers with facility maintenance and operational tasks
  • maintain knowledge of store operations and company quality standards
  • foster a customer-focused culture
  • manage team interactions and communication at all levels
  • work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
