Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a restaurant or retail environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- customer service orientation
- basic math and computer proficiency
- ability to lead and motivate team members
- availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- pass a background check
Job Qualifications
- previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
- incredible customer service skills and ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
- proficiency with calculator, computer, and other store equipment
- ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- successful background check completion
Job Duties
- supervise daily restaurant operations
- manage and support employees during shifts
- deliver exceptional customer service
- assist with maintaining store and facility standards
- implement company policies and procedures
- coordinate shift schedules and tasks
- handle customer concerns and feedback
