Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant supervision preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- customer-service oriented mindset
- proficiency with basic technology and equipment
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must successfully complete background check
Job Qualifications
- previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
- incredible customer service skills and the ability to maintain a customer-focused culture
- proficiency with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
- ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- flexibility to work various shifts including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- ability to pass a background check
Job Duties
- supervise restaurant employees and manage daily operations
- respond promptly to customer needs providing excellent service
- assist managers in maintaining facility cleanliness and functionality
- ensure a smooth operation by coordinating staff tasks
- uphold company standards of quality and customer service
- manage flexible scheduling to cover shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- operate and maintain restaurant equipment efficiently
