Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant supervision preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • customer-service oriented mindset
  • proficiency with basic technology and equipment
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must successfully complete background check

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
  • incredible customer service skills and the ability to maintain a customer-focused culture
  • proficiency with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • flexibility to work various shifts including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to pass a background check

Job Duties

  • supervise restaurant employees and manage daily operations
  • respond promptly to customer needs providing excellent service
  • assist managers in maintaining facility cleanliness and functionality
  • ensure a smooth operation by coordinating staff tasks
  • uphold company standards of quality and customer service
  • manage flexible scheduling to cover shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • operate and maintain restaurant equipment efficiently
