- previous experience working or knowledge of restaurant operations
- excellent customer service skills
- proficiency with calculator, computer, and store equipment
- ability to work flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- pass background check
- ability to interact with different levels of team members and customers

- Supervise employees and general operations of the restaurant
- respond to customer needs with excellent service
- assist managers with tasks to maintain facilities and operations
- ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently
- promote and uphold PFJ's commitment to quality and customer service
- monitor and support team performance
- maintain a customer-focused culture
