Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or related customer service role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lead and supervise a team
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency with basic computer and calculator usage
  • Must pass background check

  • Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
  • Incredible customer service skills and ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
  • Proficiency with calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • Background check is required

  • Supervise employees and oversee general restaurant operations
  • Respond to the needs of customers with excellent customer service
  • Assist managers with various operational tasks
  • Maintain facilities to ensure they are well-kept and running smoothly
