Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant or retail operations preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to operate basic computer and calculator
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to lead and motivate team members
  • pass background check

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
  • incredible customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer focused culture
  • proficiency with calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels of personnel
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends and holidays
  • background check is required

Job Duties

  • Supervise employees and general restaurant operations
  • respond to customer needs with excellent customer service
  • assist managers with tasks to maintain facility operations
  • ensure facilities are clean and running smoothly
  • maintain knowledge of store operations and commitment to quality and customer service
  • work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends and holidays
  • interact with team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
