Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous restaurant or retail supervisory experience preferred
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • basic math and computer skills
  • must be able to work flexible hours
  • pass a background check
  • strong customer service orientation
  • reliable and self-motivated
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
  • excellent customer service skills
  • proficiency with calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • ability to work as part of a team and interact with various levels including team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • background check required

Job Duties

  • Supervise employees and general restaurant operations
  • respond to customer needs with excellent service
  • assist managers with facility maintenance and operational tasks
  • ensure smooth day-to-day store operations
  • maintain a customer-focused culture
  • manage shifts and coordinate with vendors and corporate reps
