Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant operations or related field
  • strong customer service orientation
  • proficiency with basic computer and calculator use
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to pass a background check

Job Duties

  • Supervise restaurant employees and manage general restaurant operations
  • respond promptly and effectively to customer needs
  • assist managers with operational tasks to maintain facility standards
  • ensure smooth daily functioning of the restaurant

  • collaborate with vendors and corporate representatives
  • maintain accurate operational records and reports
