Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must pass background check
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
- incredible customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture
- proficiency with calculator, computer, and other equipment
- ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- ability to pass a background check
Job Duties
- Supervise employees during shifts to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- respond promptly and effectively to customer needs and inquiries
- assist managers with maintaining facility cleanliness and operational standards
- enforce Pilot Company’s quality and customer service protocols
- schedule and coordinate team members to optimize shift productivity
- monitor and manage inventory and equipment usage
- provide training and support to new employees
