Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant operations preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • strong leadership and supervisory qualities
  • must be able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to undergo background screening

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
  • incredible customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer focused culture
  • proficiency with calculators, computers, and operational equipment
  • ability to work as part of a team and interact with various organizational levels
  • flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • successful completion of background check

Job Duties

  • supervise employees and general restaurant operations
  • respond to customer needs with excellent service
  • assist managers with tasks to maintain smooth facility operations
  • uphold quality standards and customer service commitments

  • operate calculators, computers, and other equipment proficiently
