Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
  • excellent customer service skills
  • proficiency with calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • ability to work collaboratively with team members and other stakeholders
  • flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • successful background check

Job Duties

  • Supervise restaurant employees and general operations
  • respond to customer needs with excellent service
  • assist managers with various operational tasks
  • ensure facilities are well-maintained and running smoothly
  • maintain knowledge of store operations and commitment to quality and service
  • work collaboratively with team members across different levels
  • manage flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
