Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant or retail operations preferred
- strong customer service orientation
- basic proficiency with computer and calculator use
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must pass background check

Job Duties
- supervise employees and manage general restaurant operations
- ensure excellent customer service and maintain a customer-focused environment
- assist managers with facility maintenance and operational tasks
- ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
- manage scheduling and shift activities
- handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- maintain cleanliness and safety of the restaurant
