Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
  • ability to provide excellent customer service
  • proficiency with calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • must pass background check

Job Duties

  • Supervise employees and general operations of the restaurant
  • respond to customer needs with excellent customer service skills
  • assist managers with tasks to maintain smooth facility operations
  • ensure knowledge and implementation of store operations and PFJ's commitment to quality and customer service
  • maintain a customer focused culture
  • oversee team collaboration and communication
  • ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
