Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant or food service environment
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to motivate and lead team members
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • willingness to work flexible hours
  • ability to handle stressful situations calmly
  • background check clearance

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
  • incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
  • proficiency with calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels including hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • background check is required
