- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- must be proficient with calculator, computer, and related equipment
- ability to work effectively with team members and customers
- successful completion of background check
