Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous restaurant or retail experience preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • dependable and punctual
  • ability to lead and supervise a team
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • pass background check

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
  • incredible customer service skills
  • ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
  • proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • skilled in interacting with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
