Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant operations preferred
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proficiency with calculators and computer systems
  • Ability to manage and supervise a team
  • Flexible availability to work different shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must pass background check

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
  • Incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
  • Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • Background check is required

Job Duties

  • Supervise employees and general operations of the restaurant
  • Respond to customer needs with excellent customer service
  • Assist managers with various operational tasks
  • Ensure the facility is well-maintained and running smoothly
  • Maintain a customer-focused culture
  • Use calculators, computers, and other essential equipment proficiently
  • Work flexible hours including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
