Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant or customer service roles preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to operate basic office and point-of-sale equipment
  • pass a background check

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
  • incredible customer service skills
  • ability to maintain a customer focused culture
  • proficiency with calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels including hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • successful completion of background check
