Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
  • strong customer service skills
  • proficiency with calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to pass background check
  • excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Supervise employees and general operations of the restaurant
  • respond to customer needs with excellent customer service
  • assist managers with various tasks to maintain smooth operations
  • ensure facilities are well-maintained and clean
  • promote and uphold PFJ's commitment to quality and customer service
  • manage daily store operations efficiently
  • oversee teamwork and communication among employees
