Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant operations preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks and respond to customer needs promptly
  • proficiency in using calculators and computers
  • willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to pass a background check

Job Duties

  • supervise employees and general operations of the restaurant
  • respond to the needs of customers with excellent customer service skills
  • assist managers with tasks to maintain facility operations
  • ensure store operations meet quality and customer service standards
  • maintain a customer-focused culture
  • manage scheduling including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • interact with team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
