Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant employees and daily operations
- Respond to customer needs with excellent service
- Assist managers with facility maintenance and operational tasks
- Ensure compliance with PFJ's quality standards and customer service commitment
- Work flexible shifts including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Interact professionally with team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant environment
