Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant supervision preferred
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
  • availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • background check required
  • basic computer literacy

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
  • incredible customer service skills
  • proficiency with calculator, computer and other equipment
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • ability to interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors and corporate representatives
  • ability to work a flexible schedule
  • pass background check

Job Duties

  • supervise employees and general operations of the restaurant
  • respond to the needs of customers with excellent customer service
  • assist managers with tasks to maintain well-functioning facilities
  • ensure adherence to store operations and commitment to quality
  • maintain a customer-focused culture
  • work as part of a team interacting with various levels of staff and external contacts
  • uphold company standards during flexible shifts that include nights, days, weekends and holidays
