Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant operations preferred
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • proficiency in using calculator and computer equipment
  • ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • successful completion of background check

  • Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
  • incredible customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer focused culture
  • proficiency with calculators, computers, and other equipment
  • ability to work as part of a team and interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • background check clearance

Job Duties

  • Supervise employees and general operations of the restaurant
  • respond to the needs of customers using excellent customer service skills
  • assist managers with tasks that maintain facilities and ensure smooth operations
  • ensure adherence to PFJ’s commitment to quality and customer service
  • manage flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • maintain a customer focused culture
  • operate calculators, computers, and other equipment proficiently
