Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant or retail operations preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a team
  • proficiency in basic computer operations and calculators
  • availability for flexible work hours including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to undergo background check

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
  • incredible customer service skills and ability to help maintain a customer-focused culture
  • proficiency with calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels including hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • background check is required

Job Duties

  • Supervise restaurant employees and general operations
  • respond to customer needs with excellent service
  • assist managers in executing tasks for facility maintenance and smooth operation
