Job Duties
- Ensure the availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware
- Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen including coffee makers, pots and pans, mixers
- Unload and store deliveries
- Sweep and mop floors, especially after spills or breakages
- Take out the trash and rinse garbage cans
- Follow proper sanitation procedures per local health department regulations
- Report kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures
- Support other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks as needed
