Job Duties
- Prepare all food according to the menu in a safe and sanitary manner and insure that all kitchen staff does the same
- able to supervise staff
- oversees and insures proper preparation, portioning, and serving of foods according to menus
- carefully manages waste by ordering and preparing food according to current resident population
- orders all food and kitchen supplies
- prepares and serves only quality food products and monitors that all staff does the same
- prepares food in a timely manner and all meals are served on time
