Job Requirements
- At least one year related experience preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- obtain Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire and maintain current status thereafter

Job Duties
- Operate dishmachine and related equipment
- clean dishes, trays, serviceware, pots and pans using appropriate sanitizing process
- organize pots, pans, dishes, servicewares, and place in appropriate location
- break down, clean, and reassemble dish machine equipment
- pick up soiled trays and serviceware from patient units as needed
- assist in food preparation and line service as needed
- operate and routinely clean/sanitize kitchen equipment
- complete required documentation for quality improvement including temperature documentation
- perform miscellaneous job related duties as assigned
