Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain a Food Handler card
  • Minimum of 3 years previous food service experience as a Cook, Prep Cook, Food Service Worker, or equivalent
  • Lift testing is required as part of the hiring process for this position

Job Duties

  • Prepare food such as main entrees, snacks, and catering offerings for district needs
  • Follow food preparation and storage guidelines set by the Oklahoma State Department of Health
  • Adhere to standardized operating policies and procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation areas
  • Assist with inventory management and food stock rotation
  • Collaborate with Food Services Coordinator on menu planning and special event preparation
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
