Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years previous food service experience
- Ability to obtain a Food Handler card
- Must pass a lift test as part of the hiring process
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
- Ability to adhere to food safety guidelines
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years previous food service experience as a cook, prep cook, food service worker, or equivalent
- Ability to obtain a Food Handler card
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Prepare main entrees, snacks, and catering offerings for district needs
- Follow food preparation and storage guidelines set by the Oklahoma State Department of Health
- Adhere to standardized operating policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation areas
- Assist in inventory management and ordering food supplies
- Collaborate with Food Services Coordinator to plan menus and special events
- Ensure all food products meet quality and safety standards
