Job Duties
- Operates cash registers and related equipment to capture food and beverage purchases
- Accurately completes transactions and collects appropriate payment sources from customers
- Counts money in cash drawer at the beginning and end of shift to ensure correct balance
- Maintains, cleans, organizes, and stocks retail food service area
- Assists with food preparation following appropriate food safety guidelines
- Adheres to food safety, hand hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards
- Provides customer service with accountability and responds positively to change
- Supports patient and family-centered care within food service environment
- Performs job duties with minimal supervision and critical thinking
