  • minimum 1 year experience in baking and cooking
  • knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Duties

  • assist in inventory management and food ordering
  • collaborate with food service team to plan menus and daily meal preparation
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • monitor food quality and portion control
  • support training and guidance for junior kitchen staff
