Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred but not required
- ServSafe certification preferred
- 2 years combined experience in food preparation, dishwashing, kitchen utility, customer service and/or cash handling preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Set up stations with food products and utensils as assigned
- Service tray line station at mealtimes and stock and clean tray line position
- Collect, clean, and sanitize soiled meal carts and food trays as assigned and return equipment to proper area once cleaned and sanitized
- Prepare some cold food items as directed using safe food handling procedures
- Utilize leftovers and rotate stock appropriately
- Cross-train to assist in the coverage for the Customer Service Worker roles and perform additional duties if requested
