Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior experience with large quantity food preparation preferred
- Prior experience working with learners in a school environment preferred
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondences in English
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally, expressively, and reactively
- Exercise confidentiality, discretion, and good judgement
- Adhere to assigned work schedule by maintaining regular and punctual attendance

Job Duties
- Assist in the preparation and service of meals to learners and staff
- Perform cleaning tasks including dishwashing, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Clean work areas using proper sanitation procedures and supplies
- Maintain accurate records of daily food preparation
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Perform cashiering duties including use of computer on an ad hoc basis
