Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables
- Weigh and measure designated ingredients
- Carry pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator following safety standards
- Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment
- Store foods in designated areas according to wrapping, dating, and food safety and rotation procedures
- Clean work areas, equipment and utensils
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety requirements
- Use approved food recipes and production standards to maintain quality, serving temperatures and portion control
- Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a service-oriented manner
- Relay relevant information to supervisor
- Perform sales transactions and enter sales into cash register accurately
- Make change, accept declining balance cards and other forms of payment
- Issue receipts and follow standard procedures for cash refunds
- Manage assigned change funds and cash receipts ensuring compliance with overage and shortage standards
- Replenish condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness
- Perform other duties as assigned
