Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
- Minimum six months of food service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic mathematical skills
- Proficient understanding of food allergies and modified diets
- Proficient understanding of HACCP requirements
- Excellent people skills
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
- Availability to work morning shifts

Job Duties
- Perform food preparation duties including rinsing, peeling, slicing, and dicing fruit and vegetables
- Weigh and measure ingredients accurately
- Wrap, date-label, and store food items properly
- Clean and organize work areas, equipment, utensils, and service station
- Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, containers, and utensils
- Refill condiments and other supplies as needed
- Follow established recipes to prepare menu items
- Ensure correct serving temperatures and portion control
- Serve customers promptly, efficiently, and friendly
- Provide customers with accurate information on food ingredients and availability
- Escalate customer concerns and complaints to management
- Comply with safety, hygiene, and service standards
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned
