Job Requirements
- Must be able to bend, twist, kneel, and reach
- Ability to perform fine motor skills such as grasping, turning, and finger manipulation
- Able to obtain a City of Kansas City, City of Independence, Jackson County, or Clay County Food Handler's Permit within 30 days of hire if not already possessed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Willingness to obtain a food handler's permit if not already licensed
Job Duties
- Prep cafeteria and patient service areas for daily operation
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service
- Stock and organize supplies to maintain clean and accessible work areas
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient cafeteria operations
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean work environment
- Communicate clearly and assist customers and patients with their needs
