Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience supervising food service workers
- ability to lift and carry objects up to 45 lbs independently
- knowledge of sanitation procedures
- ability to work in warm, noisy environments
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- awareness of safety regulations
- ability to complete required training
- willingness to comply with EEO principles and sexual harassment prevention
- ability to handle cash registers and maintain change fund
- eligibility to work at Kaneohe Marine Corps Base
- must register with Selective Service if applicable

Job Duties
- Supervises NA-2 food service workers in the accomplishment of work
- assigns and distributes work
- coaches, counsels, tutors, and mentors employees
- approves and disapproves leave
- recommends and completes personnel actions
- completes performance reviews and signs timecards
- trains employees
- supports principles of the EEO program and prevention of sexual harassment
- remains alert to alcohol abuse and takes appropriate action
- sets up food service counters and side service stands with hot and cold food and beverages
- assists customers in selection and purchase of specialty coffee beverages and whole bean sales
- provides quality beverages consistent with established recipes
- uses suggestive selling techniques
- serves food and beverages in standard portions
- cleans dishwasher and associated appliances
- maintains customer service area and equipment
- performs preventative maintenance on equipment
- follows store policies and procedures
- follows standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating, and storing products
- develops and implements activity safety plan
- conducts safety meetings
- advises employees on safety regulations
- reports workplace accidents
- ensures safety training
- complies with OSHA standards
- takes action to correct unsafe conditions
- operates cash register and manages own change fund
- completes prescribed training
- performs other related duties as required
