Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior school food service or cafeteria experience is helpful but not required
- previous cashier experience preferred
- knowledge of safe food handling procedures and sanitation practices

- strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Job Duties
- Assists in the closing of the staff cafeteria, ensuring all equipment is cleaned/turned off and coolers are restocked and locked
- assists in after school snacks including service and ensuring proper inventory of snacks and drinks
- assists in the preparation of catering events including but not limited to working the events, prepping food items, and gathering all equipment needed
- ensures proper cash transactions to keep drawer balanced at end of shift
- conducts inventory of staff cafeteria foods and reports needed items to director
- prepare, portion, and serve food items according to OPRF menus, recipes, and dietary guidelines
- set up, restock, and maintain staff serving stations, ensuring proper temperature control and visual appeal
