- Food Handlers Permit required within 90 days of hire
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
Job Duties
- Assist in planning and preparing menu options including hot and cold entrees for patients cafeteria and catering
- set up and maintain serving line in a timely manner ensuring proper stock of menu options service ware and temperatures are within acceptable ranges
- operate and maintain all kitchen equipment including dishwasher conventional stove cooler ice maker in a clean efficient and safe manner
- maintain cafeteria sitting rooms and beverage areas to ensure neatness and sanitization
- ensure proper logging charting production sheets and other documentation is adhered to for food safety and sanitation requirements
- maintain and adhere to all sanitation standards
- perform all other duties assigned within Food and Nutrition Services
