Job Duties
- Perform food service worker duties as required by the standards in the food service worker OJT
- adhere to sanitation requirements by cleaning tables, chairs, beverage lines, microwaves, condiment carts
- restock condiments as required
- replenish juice and coffee as needed
- sweep and mop floor as needed and at shift end
- vacuum carpet as needed and at shift end
- break down beverage line at shift end
- clean coffee pots at shift end
- perform dishwashing duties including setup and teardown of dishwasher, unloading carts in clipper, pre-scraping, loading and spraying dishes and trays
- load glasses in dishwasher
- wash utensils three times through dishwasher
- pull clean dishes, glasses, utensils and trays ensuring cleanliness and dryness
- stock service areas
- empty trash at shift end
- perform line-serving duties including temperature checks, cleanliness maintenance, product replenishment
- maintain professional conduct
- perform other job-related duties as required by supervisor
