Job Requirements

  • ability to complete and maintain the ServSafe Food Handler's annual certification
  • able to adapt to work changes
  • able to understand and comprehend English
  • able to work with chemicals and understand Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
  • ability to meet the requirements of Air Force background check
  • physical ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • perform food service worker duties as required by the standards in the food service worker OJT
  • adhere to sanitation requirements when working in the dining room including cleaning tables, chairs, beverage lines, microwaves, condiment carts, restocking condiments, replenishing juice and coffee, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, breaking down beverage lines, cleaning coffee pots
  • perform dishwashing duties including setting up and tearing down dishwasher, unloading carts, pre-scraping and loading dishes, washing utensils, pulling clean items and ensuring cleanliness and dryness, stocking serving area, emptying trash
  • perform line-serving duties such as temperature checks on service line products, maintaining cleanliness of line and surrounding area, assisting in product replenishment, maintaining area standards during and after meals
  • maintain professional conduct according to company policy
  • perform other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor
